I'm based in downtown Toronto, Canada, and regularly hold in-person cookery classes at clients' homes throughout the city and Greater Toronto Area (GTA). As I'm originally from the UK and still have clients there, I occasionally fly back. Most clients enjoy my live online classes. A week before your session, I'll send a detailed shopping list. You'll gather your ingredients, then log in via Zoom. I use a multi-camera setup and control your screen view, giving you the perfect, close-up perspective of every demonstration. We cook together in real-time, ensuring you feel supported and engaged throughout. If you're unsure, ask about it in your discovery call; I'd be happy to show you the setup.

• Laptop/Tablet: All you need is a laptop or tablet to log in via Zoom. I recommend placing your device on a stand or books for comfortable viewing. • Smartphone (Optional): For an even better experience, link your smartphone to your main device and position it so I can see what you're doing. This allows me to see your chopping skills while you watch the main demonstration. Don't worry about the setup; I'll guide you through it during our discovery call! • Wireless Earphones (Optional): Airpods or similar are very useful. They allow you to move freely around your kitchen while still hearing and talking to me. Just ensure they're fully charged!

Live online classes are typically two hours. My approach is to provide not only the 'how' to cook a recipe but also the 'why' behind it, empowering you to cook freely without constant reference. While other online classes may be shorter, a two-hour time frame allows ample time to cook, answer questions, and ensure you're fully equipped with all the information you need.

Yes, my virtual online classes are live! This means you can ask questions as we cook together in real-time. If you've opted for pre-recorded online classes as part of your custom course plan, these are indeed recordings. You won't be able to ask live questions, but you can always contact me after the class to clarify anything. More details will be provided during your discovery call.
