Culinary Coach

Suzie Battishill

Originally from the UK, Suzie’s culinary journey has taken her from the sun-drenched galleys of private superyachts in the Mediterranean to the world-renowned Jamie Oliver Cookery School in London. Now based in Toronto, she has dedicated her career to stripping away the "noise" of complicated recipes and the high-stress exhaustion of the "what’s for dinner?" dread.

Suzie believes that exceptional home cooking isn’t about perfection—it’s about a specific chemistry: 50% Skill, 50% Systems, and 100% Instinct. She works with women 1-on-1 as a Culinary Personal Coach, diving deep into your unique world to understand your lifestyle, your family's needs, and your kitchen’s pain points. Much like a nutritionist or fitness coach, she builds a bespoke foundation of organizational techniques and technical skills, inspiring you to make the kitchen the vibrant, effortless, beating heart of your home once again.

Through her signature "Frictionless Kitchen" coaching, Suzie helps women move from overwhelm to a state of intuitive flow. Her approach is plant-rich, wholesome, and rooted in the belief that the table is a training ground for both health and deep connection. When she isn’t coaching, you’ll find Suzie tending to her high-density rooftop garden, gathering friends around her own table, or experimenting with the flavor-balancing techniques that make even the simplest ingredients sing.
